This Privacy Policy covers the internal software integration built and operated by ICS International Group LLC, doing business as "Myappics" ("Myappics," "we," "us," or "our") that connects to the QuickBooks Online Accounting API.
This is not a public product, is not listed on the Intuit App Store, and is not offered to or used by any third party. It is a private, internal tool that connects exclusively to Myappics's own QuickBooks Online company (our own set of books). No other business's QuickBooks data is ever accessed, stored, or processed by this integration.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at admin@myappics.com.
This policy applies only to data accessed through the QuickBooks Online Accounting API (com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope) by our internal integration. It does not apply to any other Myappics product, website, or service.
Through the QuickBooks Online Accounting API, our integration can read (and, in a future phase, write with human-in-the-loop approval) standard accounting records belonging to our own company file, including:
We do not access consumer personal data, payment card data, or bank credentials through this integration. We do not initiate payments or move money — the integration is read-focused today, with any future write access (e.g., categorizing a transaction) explicitly gated behind human review and approval before it is committed to QuickBooks.
We use this data exclusively for our own internal business operations:
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to operating our own business.
600), readable only by the server's root account. They are never committed to source control, logged in plaintext, or exposed to any client-side code.We retain data obtained through the QuickBooks Online API only as long as necessary for the internal purposes described in Section 4, or until the integration is disconnected — whichever comes first.
If the connection between this integration and QuickBooks Online is disconnected (via the QuickBooks "My Apps" / connected-apps management screen, or by us revoking the connection on our end), all stored OAuth tokens for that connection are invalidated and are not reused. Cached copies of accounting data held for internal analysis are deleted upon request and, in the ordinary course, are not retained beyond their operational usefulness.
To request deletion of any data associated with this integration, contact admin@myappics.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share the data accessed through this integration with any third party. It is not shared with data brokers, advertisers, or other companies. The only party with access to this data is Myappics itself (its founder and the internal software/AI tooling he operates), for the internal purposes described above.
Because this integration only ever connects to our own QuickBooks Online company, "you" in the context of this policy is Myappics itself as the QuickBooks account holder. You (Myappics, as the connected company) can:
In the event of a security incident that we determine affects data accessed through this integration, we will: (a) revoke and rotate the affected OAuth credentials and any other compromised secrets immediately upon discovery; (b) investigate the scope and cause of the incident; and (c) notify any affected parties and cooperate with Intuit's own incident-reporting requirements as applicable, consistent with legal obligations.
This integration is an internal business tool and is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, children. It does not knowingly collect data from or about children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the integration operates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated internally within Myappics.
