This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the internal software integration ("the Software") built by ICS International Group LLC, doing business as "Myappics" ("Myappics," "we," "us") that connects to the QuickBooks Online Accounting API on behalf of Myappics's own company.
The Software is a private, internal business tool. It is not published, not licensed to the public, and not available on the Intuit App Store or any other marketplace. It is built exclusively for use by Myappics and its authorized personnel and agents, against Myappics's own QuickBooks Online company file.
By using the Software, the authorized user ("you") agrees to the terms below.
Subject to this Agreement, Myappics grants its authorized personnel and its authorized software/AI agents a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for Myappics's own internal bookkeeping, financial analysis, and tax-preparation support, connected only to Myappics's own QuickBooks Online company.

The Software, including all associated code, documentation, and intellectual property, is and remains the property of Myappics. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
Use of the Software is subject to the Myappics QuickBooks Online Integration Privacy Policy (/privacy), which describes what QuickBooks Online data the Software accesses, why, and how it is stored and secured.
This Agreement is effective for as long as the Software's connection to QuickBooks Online remains active. Myappics may disconnect, disable, or discontinue the Software at any time, for any reason, including via the "Disconnect" function within QuickBooks Online's Connected Apps management. Upon termination, all license rights granted under this Agreement immediately end.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Myappics does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial data derived from it is a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Myappics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Myappics may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
